travel on H1b

Hi,
I have an H1b stamped on my passport, which is valid till Sep 2004. I have started working for another company in the mean
time and this H1b is approved till 06, but not stamped on my passport.

Can I travel outside USA at this moment and come back on the Old H1b stamped on my passport and using the new H1 approval letter? If yes, what other documents do I need to produce while entering US again?

------ Yes you can enter with past employer Visa stamp, be back to US before sep 2004 and at the POE show your passport visa stamp AND New H1 approval Notice the POE inspector will give you new I-94 till your new H1 extension or Transfer notice, check your I-94 date at POE many POE Inspector do the mistake if the new I-94 is not till new H1 approval date point out politely to Inspector or ask for supervisor and he will make the correction on I-94
