travel on H1 while I40/485 being processed

My I-140 (NIW)/I-485/EAD/AP are being processed currently. My wife is planning to visit India on valid H1 visa. I was wondering what if I-140 is approved while she is out of the country. Does she require the Advance parole to get back in? Thanks for the info.

No, she can re-enter on the H-1.
