Hi,
Sorry if this question has already been asked and answered but I've recently applied for my PR (I-130, I-485, I-765) through my USC wife. I haven't got my EAD yet but I'm assuming I will, in the next 90 days. I plan to travel out of the country for three weeks in April which I'm guessing will be after my EAD arrives. Would it be ok for me to re-enter using my H1-B or does my EAD automatically cancel my H1-B? My H1-B expires Nov 2006, so its valid for atleast another 11 months.
I'm hoping I can use my H1-B to travel and re-enter the US since I've not applied for AP.
Any advice or links to answers will be greatly appreciated.
cheers
