Travel on AP

Hi,

I am currently working on an EAD ( I am not the primary applicant) and have a AP valid till sep2009. I want to travel to India in Aug for 2 weeks (when my priority date is current). Will there be any problem while re-entering US? Also, I would like to know if my GC gets approved while I am away in India, what are the consequences when I enter US.

I-140: Jan 2006
I-485: July, 2007

----------Not problem if you enter before your AP expires
Also, I would like to know if my GC gets approved while I am away in India, what are the consequences when I enter US.
--------------if GC is approved and you are out of US and have valid AP in hand to enter US then you can enter with valid AP.
