Travel on AP with no pay stubs

Hi,
I need your advice on this matter.

My wife was on H1-B and that expires in May 2008. She got her 485 filed as beneficiary and got her EAD/AP.
She was pregnant in 2007 and so quit her job in oct 07.

Our concern was, she didnt get any pay checks from Jan 07 - July 07 and then got paystubs from July 07- Oct 07. Can she travel to india and come back to US on AOS and AP? She now has an offer from a company to start in Aug 08.
Will there be any problem with not having paystubs for 6 months.

Please suggest.

She is fine. No pay stubs are needed to travel on AP.
If she needs to get her H1 stamped, it might be a problem but as long as she uses the AP, she's ok.

I thought when on AP they check for everything to see if we were ever out of status. Was being on H1-B with no paystubs for 7 months out of status?

I think as long as her employer dont widraw her H1 from INS she should be fine. Gurus clarify.
