Travel on AP, please help!

Gurus, help please........!!!!

I applied for I-485 as dependent (my husband is the primary applicant) last year. With this I-485 pending, both of us applied for Advance Parole this August and it has just been approved. We plan to use these AP documents to travel back home this Dec. and return to US early Jan 2007.

On the other hand, my company is going to support my I-485 application and this time I am the primary applicant. It is in progress and may possibly be filed some time in this Oct. Together filed will be another two APs and two EADs for my husband and me. However, these APs and EADs may not be approved until this Dec or later when both of us are outside the US. Will this be problem for us? Is this considered as abandoning the I-485 application for which I am the primary applicant? Do I have to wait until these APs and EADs
approved in order to travel although i already have a AP available?

I don't understand why you want to waste your money. You have already an AP which is good till next August. Why do you want apply AP?

------------------I-485 can be filed when you are in US, File it BEFORE you go out as you plan to go out
Together filed will be another two APs and two EADs for my husband and me.

-------------- your I-485 must reach USCIS Before you go out of US and use the AP that is approved through your dervative I-485.


*** check with airline you may need Transit visa if plan to come by AP
