travel on AP or H1B ?

My H1B has been extended and yet to get it stamped. Since I am travelling back home planning to get it stamped. My question if stamping is denied can I come back on AP or EAD ?

I have AP and EAD but planning not to use it since I am not married yet..you get it now...appretiate any help...
