Travel on AP - FP notice received - pls help

I received FP notice today and the dead line for providing the finger prints is
08/07. USCIS asked me to get the FP done between 6/15 to 8/7. I will be on
travel including both dates. Based on AP, I booked my tickets.

Has any one gone through this situation before? Can we ask for date change
from USCIS. Has any one done that before? Any clues would be greatly appreciated.

My I-485 is pending at TSC, fyi.

Similar situation - Wife travelled on AP. Got FP notice

I am in a similar situation.

My wife travelled on AP. But we got FP notice on 15th Nov.
We have our return ticket booked for Jan 3rd.

What to do.

We had our appointment for Nov 22 (Code 1), but I gave our fingerprints today without having any problem. Try your luck instead of rescheduling the appointment.

Reschedule it!

I would advice you to rechedule your appoitment. Its FREE and i believe can be done over the phone..just provide them your LIN # and they might do it or tell someone who is in the US to mail your Appointment letter to the ASC to get a new date.. I went thru the same situ and had to rechedule it 3 times... The new date would be probably 15-20 days after the first date assigned.. HOPE IT helps..
