Travel on Ap and later GC approval

If somebody travel's out of country on AP and later GC is approved while he/she is out of country then what is the process to return back and are there any issues?

The whole point of Advance Parole is to be able to travel outside USA before getting GC in hand and be able to come back on it (AP).
IF the GC is delivered to the address in USA in the meantime, so be it. It may not even be opened till the recipient gets back in to the country/house where it is delivered.
