Travel on AP and its effect on H1

I'm on H1 status. The visa stamp is expired 3 years back
I have EAD and AP

If I travel abroad (Canada or India) and enter using AP, what will happen to my H status? I want to maintain my H status

I think this question was posted many a times and was answered as well. So, before you open a thread, pls surf your self.

You can enter the US by AP and you can still work on H1B.
