VERY UGENT. NEED TO TRAVEL TOMORROW (21st Jan 2006)
I need to go to india immediately due to family emergency. I have the advance parole (multiple entry) valid till April 2006. But note that i had applied an extension of advance parole in December 2005 (Still pending).
Can i travel with the current AP (I will be coming back in Feb 20060 or will it cause any problems since my renewal is pending? Is there any site of BCIS which confirms such a scenario?
