I've been granted Political Asylum, and i have applied for a travel document, now i am afraid of traveling, and the having problems at the moment ill arrive to the US.
Is there any risk of being returned or not being let in the US with the asylum granted? What are the risks inn porcentages??????

you should not have anything to worry about unless you plan to travel back to your home country or to do something illegal.

Is it the same for asylees who otherwise are inadmissible? For example, those who entered the US without inspection, who overstayed their visas, who are hiv positive and others.

My understanding is that in case of asylees reentering on a RTD, inspectors will ignore inadmissible grounds except those that could be the basis for revoking asylum itself (criminal/national security grounds). But at the time of adjustment an asylee must establish full admissibility to the United States or apply for an appropriate waiver.

Nevertheless, asylees with admissibility concerns shoud consult a competent attorney before leaving the US. Safe is better than sorry.

Where are you travelling to?

Samir,

No stress, where are you travelling to? Remember that by travelling you are not doing something against the rules. Don't worry. You have the right.

no risk at all

hi i have ]travelled twice on rtd once to canada and to thailand.both times there was no problem at all bbut make sure to leave a copy of rtd at home on case you lose it and try to limit your trip about 3-4 months  :)
