I heard some time back people discussing about problems
Travelling through Europe(france or germany ) from India.
Could someone please point me to those threads ...
also
Do we need show any extra documents in paris, While travelling from India to US on AP ?
There is break for 4 hours in paris and I am not leaving the airport ..

Paris requires Transit visa, even if you are not going out of the sirport, if you have already bought the ticket then you should apply for the Transit visa from embassy ASAP, it is very simple all you have to do is show your ticket to them, I guess germany also requires it, London and Amsterdam don;t require it, the like Indians) ) I guess as if you have Indian passport there is no problem....:

I heard France had this rule at the time sep11 in 2001.
Now this rule is not there ...

Could some one share more information on this ...

All people travelling in Air India ( to Newark or Chicago via Paris)
are carring visas to France ??? it sounds very strange to me ...
