Travel H1b Company A but now is Company B -help

My h1b is stamped with company A, but the company was recently acquired by Company B. My lawyer said a press release, and letter from the company should be fine to enter the USA. Has anybody has experience with this???


My job location and description remains the same per labor condition application,,,,,PLEASE ADVISE

your layer is right, this happend three times with my company, as long as the company gives the letter. I was also given the copy of legal document which proved this. But then when I was entering no one asked for the paper work.
It was as if they already knew.
