Hello Members, I am a us citizen and my spouse is on Greencard. In the year 2005, my spouse was arrested in USA for a misdemeanor(petty larceny) and he completed his sentence but the charge is still on his record. After this incident, we both did travel to India and came back safely.
So my question is: Could we travel to Canada without any problems? if not, what kind of paperwork should we be prepared for ?
Do we both need our passports, since I have a US passport and he has Indian?
