Travel During H1 Transfer

if I have a h1b visa stamped and my my h1b is getting transferred to another company is my visa stamp valid to enter the us?
Is the situation different if the transfer is complete?
any info on this topic will be greatly appreciated.

Situation is different only if you have joined the new company. You should be okay.
