Travel during Bridge (H1B extension) pls help!!!!!
Hello there,
You are the best person to answer any question on this board. Please answer this one for me...I am on a H1B visa (H1B ammended and approved till Dec 30 2004), I94 validity till Dec 30 2004. My employer filed for my H1B on December 24 2004. Receipt number not yet received. Please do let me know if I am on legal status now? and Can I travel out of the country?
What If I travel outside now and come back to usa on a new H1B after1 year, will the current situation affect it?
