Hello,

I have been issued B1/B2 visa with a validity for 10 years. I understand from the forum threads that regardless of the organization i work for, i can travel for valid business purpose.

I am required to attend a Summit at one my clients location in US and would require to travel for one week. I would required help in finding out what all the documentation i need to carry along with me, so that i am not denied entry?

Thanks in advance.

If you have your B1/B2 visa you should not worry too much. In the airplane you just fill out the I-94s and the customs documents (which are very straight foward and simple) and then, once you are in the booth with the immigration officer he/she will ask you the purpose of your trip and you just verbally tell him/her and thats it. They usually DO NOT ask for prove of your purpose in the U.S. (unless is F, H or other visas)
Make sure you have the address and phone number of where you are staying though...
They will trust you in what you tell them. However they will record in their computer everything you tell them... so becareful...just tell the truth always.

Relax... and enjoy ur trip...
