'Travel Document'

Guys,
I need your help. Do you know how much time does it take it to get travel document from Toronto CIC office? I am going for my landing in Dec and planning to go to India from there. I would like to come back to Canada itself within 2 to 3 weeks. By that time, I dont think my PR (in case they let us use relatives address) will be arriving.
Will it be like a 1 day job to get travel doc or takes more time? Appreciate your reply.

Thanks ginnu. Hmmm.. I think I better come back to US instead of planning to go back to Canada.... CIC in Delhi? I dont think I will be able to make it there and get any documents.
