Travel docs for EAD / spouse H1

Hello, I have few questions regarding the EAD and travel documents.
My husband and myself, we both are on H1 and we got our EADs very recently(through his company).
Given the processing times from Nebraska where I-485 takes around 2 Years and our I-485 was filed in Sep 2004

#1: If my husband used EAD, will it also mean that I am also using my EAD?

#2: If my husband starts using his EAD and I do not use my EAD, will it have any effect on my H1?
My passport is not stamped yet with H1 visa, but I am working with H1 approval which is valid till 2006.
Do I need to carry any travel documents if I have to travel outside United States this MAY 2005 or can I travel on H1

#3: My husband's current H1 VISA expires in June, 2005. If he starts using his EAD before that, does he need travel documents to travel outside United states?

No. Since your non-immigrant status is not dependent on anyone else's (ie. you are not on a dependent status), you are still in H-1 status unless you use your EAD to do something your H-1 would not allow you to do.

Unless you are visa-exempt, you will require either an H1 visa stamp or AP to re-enter the US.

Yes. He will require AP to re-enter the US.
