Travel before H4 expiration date

Hi All,

My family who are on H4 visa and which expire on 31st August 2011. Right now they are planning to travel to India in May and return in July. And I am planning to file for their extension once they come back. will there be any issue in immigration while they are coming back as it will be only 1 month left for visa expiration.

Please provide you suggestions.

----- They will get I-94 for one month or till 31st August 2011. keep the paperwork ready for them and just attach the LATEST I-94 copy front and back(that they will get when enter in July) and H4 extension MUST reach USCIS BEFORE the I-94 gets expired.
*** FYI one can file H4 extension 6 months advance. If you are on H1 and your H1 is valid more than 6 months then you can file H4 extensions now.
Please provide you suggestions.

you did not provide info till what date your H1 is valid.
