I got my travel doc denied letter last night, but before this I've been granted GC (conditional). Does that effect my situation if I want to travel outside of the US and return?
If you have your green card you can travel, you don't need AP. Do you physically have your green card, or have you just been approved and are waiting for it?

It is a good thing that they denied your AP, because if you have a greencard, then you don't need an AP. If you did a little bit of research, you could have learned that your GC is the only thing in addition to your passport that you need to travel from and to the US...
So... a little bit of research could have saved you some money I assume... As such, travel with your GC and enjoy the world...
