Travel after I-485 approval / before I-551 stamp

I got my I-485 approval notice yesterday. I am on H-1B and going to visit UK for 3 weeks. Is my H1-B visa still valid? Can I come back to the US on H-1B and get my I-551 stamp after the 3-week trip? Thanks for your help in advance!

Absolutely not. Get stamped first. It's not a good idea to use a non-immigrant visa after GC approval.
