I am planning to travel to home country after filing I 485/EAD/AP this week.
Please let me know if I have to get the I485 receipt in hand before leaving and should i take it along with me . I have a valid H1 visa stamp.
Do i need to wait for the AP too ?
My attorney told me that I can travel with my valid H1 stamp , but i am not sure if i need to wait for and take the 485 receipt notice.
