travel after file N400

Hi
After I filed for the n400 I -lost my job
- took a trip by myself

I know at the interview you hve to turn your apptment letter to "the window" and they give you a letter asking you: has anything changed after filing?

Do I have to prepare a spreadsheet with the above changes?

Will the IO ask me if I traveled alone or with my wife?

You will have to disclose any trips you took after you filed at the interview, regardless of whether the IO asks or not. If it's only a short trips it shouldn't be an issue. No need to prepare an extra spreadsheet with the travel dates.
