Hi !

Mine is a family based AOS case. The I-94 in my passpost expired in December 2001 (entered US as B-1) . Since I filed for AOS during the validity of my I-94, my status is OK despite the expiration of I-94.

I am planning to travel to India by the end of this month on Advance Parole valid thru June 2004. My questions are

1) Should I surrender my expired I-94 at the the time of leaving USA?

2) If yes, Would this expired I-94 may cause any problem at the Port of Entry when I come back?

3) Should I give the copy of my AP alongwith the expired I-94 to avoid any confusion at my arrival & would airline agent who collects I-94 accept the copy of AP with i-94?

Thanks!

No need to have a valid I94 while on I485 and having a valid AP.
1. Yes and copy of AP (have a few more)
2. No
3.:) I should read all Qs before answering one by one.

Great Service
