Traslation Of Non avalibility Birth Certificate

We do not have original Birth Certificate of My wife.
But we have Non availibity Certificate in Marathi.
My questions are:

1] What is method to have notorised translation of this certificate.

2] I am in US , so can I do it on plain paper with notory signature?

3]Does anybody have format / wording of traslation / notorization?

I understand that, if any certificates [ Birth / Non avalibility etc.] are in Marathi then you need a Notorized Tranlation of these certificates in English.

My question are:

1] Does it mean that, it should be translated by notory himself and sign it. OR

2] Any body who is fluent in both Marathi and English can translate it as sworn statement and sign it in front of notory
and then notory just notorized it as a sworn statement signed in front of it. { Notory himself does not do the traslation }

3] I am in US , so can I do it on plain paper with notory signature?

4]Does anybody have format / wording of traslation / notorization?

My lawyer got my swiss pcc translated from German to English and I noticed that the translator had the translation including her signature notorized. It was on a plain paper. I think your translation may not be effective as you are the interested party.
