trapped in the 2nd round of name check

Dear sara and all,
after talk to only one of immigration officer, I just get to know that my 1st name check expire, and you are going to request 2nd namecheck.

This is the news I heard first time. and immigration officer said that there is no way they could do except that you have to wait till FBI runs name check clearly.

another waiting game??

can anybody help me to verify that 2nd round of name check. Sara, or some guru???

"case received and pending"

Does that imply my name check need clear???

It does not happen

Name checks do not expire like FP. TSC can order second round of name check for whatever reason.

Most of the people who called TSC yesterday got this kind of answer. I think this is the new tech they are using to keep us off from calling them again.

If you still want to double check, go thru your senator/congressman for case update. TSC cannot bluff there.
