neee, no logic in that. The content of the document stays for lifetime and there's no need to be translatred 10000 of times. There's no way you are translating one and the same document every time the notory's seal on it expires. Unlogical!!!!
If the notary's seal expires just go with the copy of the translation and get another notary seal again. As in my opinion this is unnecessary as well.
How about getting the apostile for my marriage certificate. The notary's seal expires in 2006. However the issued apostile makes the US marriage certificate acceptable worldwide for lifetime. Are you saying that when the notary's seal expires in 2006 I'll have to get a new apostille because of that. NEEE. That's completely out of logic man.
As long as on the given day of the month in the year, the notary had the legislative power to do it it makes it acceptable, even if notary's seal expires next day
