Transit Visa????

Hello,

My stamped H4 visa expired on Oct 2001, I am planning to visit India in Aug-2003. I am planning to go via Atlantic route and I would like to know if I would require transit visa. Can anyone post their experience and also how to obtain it.

Which Airports and Airlines require transit visa?

Opinions vary, so do airline policy. If you have a I94 which says the h4 is still eligible, then you dont need transit visa in 99% of the airlines.
If you are out of status, try the airlines of your home country- they are oblidged to take you home (you can always get the revalidation in home country and come back).
Otherwise, call the concerned airlines office and find out. Each airline have different policy at different airports and different visa stati
