Transit Visa

I have temporary Green Card stamping on the Passport. Do I need Transit Visa if I go via UK?

How about Germany? Do we need german VISA too, if we transit thru frankfurt?

Man, When I was H1,F1, UK did not visa. Now PR, They need visa......

I dont think we need a Transit Visa for Green Card Holders. Even if its a Stamp on the passport it is still a Permanant residency stamp. Before (Ages back) there was never a card.. It was all a stamp on the passport.
