Transit Visa Required for Paris?

could u please rescan the document with date, this would be very useful who travel via paris

There is no date on the memo

Hi all,

The memo is not dated . I got this doc from the visa section of French Consulate. He checked my application and supporting papers ( like copy of the ticket,AP and 485 receipt) and said I don't need air port transit visa and gave this memo.

If I have connecting flights that go through Oman (Muscat) and Bahrain. Does anybody have any information on transit visa requirements in either of those countries? Thanks.
