Transit Visa Question

This is not the right forum to ask this question but I am sure i would get my answer from the experience of someone.
Do H1B Holders need a German Transit Visa if there is a 4 hour stopover in Frankfurt?

I guess if one has valid visa stamped (H1b), he/ she will not require transit visa. You can get more info from your travel agent.

I guess, Transit Visa not reqd if you have valid USA visa.

No You do need a transit visa. Transit visa is required only when you do not have valid stamping and using an advance parole to enter US.

Nilekum,

H1/H4 valid visa holders do not require transit visa to Germany. Embassy has confirmed this in writing.

The same is also applicable to UK.

However, B2 visitor visa holders (though they have 10 year multiple visa entry) DO require transit visa to Germany if they travel via Germany.
