Transit Visa for Paris!!! Travellin on AP by AIr-INDIA

Hi
I know somebody in this forum got a memo from atlanta French
consulate as Airport Transit Visa is not required if you have
AP approved(I-512),
can you fax me that memo, it would be a big help as iam travelling soon to India.

Your Help will be appreciated.

I think you may need transit visa as you dont have Visa stamped in PP and want to enter with AP. you can contact the consulate directly becase I have not read that any MEMO was issed by consulate

when it says valid visa, green card or Advanced paroll. it means that you need to have any one of the following, right?

why only these countries have been mentioned? what about other countries

i think this statement came out from the Atlanta French Consulate since many citizens including myself (with AP) were not allowed to board the flight and so we had to get a Transit Visa the next day, when it was not actually required. As a result, an official statement will help both the airline and the passenger and avoid such confusion in future.

---- I think that citizen of India needed the info or contacted the consulate
What about other countries
---- I think you can find the info related to other country citizen on consulate or French embassy site and can contact them on phone
