Transferring of cases to Local INS.

I have noticed a lot of cases recently have benn transferred to their local INS\'s? is there a reason or a pattern for VSC to do it?

Please inform and your thoughts please?

It seems like cases with RFE or which require further evidence and examination such cases are being transferred,at least from the posting that I observed, I guess VSC thinks it might take more time if it gets stuck on such cases.... just a thought... I may be wrong

Any idea how long it would take for the case to be approved after it is transferred? Anyone with an approval situation?
