transferring another H1b while one with the current employer is pending

i was working with the company A. Then company B filed for my H1B transfer about 2 months back and I started working for company B on getting the receipt. My h1B transfer for company B is pending and I am expecting approval in 2 month.
But, I have found another job with company C and planning to leave company B.
Can company C file H1B transfer for me or do I have to wait for the H1B approval for company B.
Please advice.

Can we start an H1B Transfer without current emploeyer's H1B Aproval (I 797) isdocument

I transfered my H1B from company A to company B and started working with company B after geting the reciept. My VISA transfer is in progress. I have recieved my salary from company B and pay slips are also available. In this scenario can I file H1B transfer to company C since my H1 approval (I 797) with company B is pending. If yes, how can I file without I 797 from company B. Can I join back to comapny A if my H1 with comopany A is not expire?
