After waiting for so long, online message :

ND : 1/15/2002
RFE : 9/15/2003 - Employment letter
Response 11/06/03
EAD expired : 2/4/03
Applied 3rd EAD 12/4/03 still waiting..

Will I receive this letter or my attorney? Sent Ar-11 in april and called BCIS 5 times (no kidding) for changed of address and yet received any confirmation! Will the scheduled letter be sent to my old address or to my attorney? How long will I have to wait to get a scheduled appointment from the local office?

This is so depressing after waiting for so long..........


On December 8, 2003, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to our office in NEWARK AND TETERBORO, NJ for them to schedule and conduct your interview. Scheduling can take several months. Our office in NEWARK AND TETERBORO, NJ will notify you when they schedule your interview or take other action on your case. If you need further information, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.
 
2nd FP - yes

completed 2nd FP in May 2003 at Newark office. Called BCIS office just now and was told that the waiting period to schedule the interview is about 8 months!

Very very disappointed to hear that!

My firend, whose RD in in March 2002, was transferred to Newark in October, Got an interview in the end of November and is approved and got stamped now!
 
Newark Interview

as for as I know they will take 4 weeks to 2 months
to gve an Interview date. Do not worry.
get all the docs.

I don't have any document on my medical as it was in a sealed envelope.. Does it mean I have to re-do if they were to ask for medical papers?
