Our (Wife and Mine) I485 cases have been transferred to Detroit, MI. Any one recently went to an interview in Detroit? What is the wait time in Detroit? What are the documents I may need to bring to the interview?

Thanks in advance.

Just for information purpose

Talked to an officer in detroit office (left a message and he called back) according to him,
Detroit office received our cases on feb 22 (NSC transferred on feb 07)
It will take up to 90 days to schedule interview.

It may not be new information for you, but I want to share what I learned today.

Thanks

Approved.

Interview time 8:00 am

Was there at 7:15 am

Got call at 8:10 am

Took Oath

Asked common questions from I-485 (Like "ARE YOU A MILLITNT"), answered "NO" to all of them.

Asked 'are you working with same company" said no and gave the new Employement letter, Financial statement of the new company and tax returns of the new company.

Asked proofs to show that we both living together, gave a bunch of documents where ever I can show both names.

Asked us to wait in the lobby, so that she can verify few things. After some time she came out with stamped passports.

She said it may take 6 to 12 months to get plastic card because we are in old system otherwise it only takes one month.

Thank you.
