Transferred from VSC to Houston local office

Hi... the case was transferred from VSC to Houston office on 5/5/03. My labor and I-140 got approved from VSC and I filed my 485 at VSC itself. Just wondering how long it would take for transfer cases from VSC to houston local office to schedule an interview. Anyone in the same boat as me?? please post details.

I-485 RD : 11/19/2001
ND: 12/10/2001
FP: 04/18/2002
TD: 05/05/2003

I got my LC, I140, EAD,AP, 2nd EAD and 2'nd AP fron VSC. Moved
to Houston 05/2002. Updated the INS with the new address and filed the AR-11. got the 2'nd EAD from VSC in Dec 2002.

Please advice if anyone had gone through this scenario. Please advice.

TSC is nicknamed Too Slow centre. VSC would have been a better choice.

As per my knowledge, employement based 485 applications will not be transferred to local offices unless the officer want to meet the applicant for some reason, otherwise it has to go to the service center (in this case it is TSC).

But I may be wrong.
