Transferred from Nebraska To Vermont

I send my application to Nebraska since my I140 is pending in Nebraska, Based on my checks I got EAC number so it looks like they are transferring 485/765/131 to Vermont to process this faster.
i send the application I485/765/131 based on pending I140 on July 26 2007.

There was a news report indicating that inorder to reduce the frontlog of receipting I 485/I 765/AP applications, CSC and Vermont service centers pitched in, but that does'nt mean your application will be processed at Vermont. It will still be at NSC.

mine i140 is pending too since Dec 2004. Have your employer and /or you doing something to move it ??? I tried everything did not work ...I couldn't do PP on i140 since it was sub labor ... Did u try to do PP ?

Looking at your signature.... Looks like your I-140 approval will be under issue.
Did you withdraw the first I-140 filing?

it will come.......mine was just recently approved (7/30/07) filed july 2005. there's no follow-up ...nothing whatsover.

My first one got denied and I appealed and then Appeal was dismissed after 2 years. So I refiled I140. New I140 I can't do PP as I don't have the original copy of labor.
 
reason for denial was a2p.
They transferred my case to TEXAS sayin I am in texas jurisdiction.
Although vermont send me the EAD and Ap.
