Transferred from LA local to Santa Ana Local

Hi,
My case was originally transferred from TSC to Los Angeles Local back in May'04. This month I got letter from LA local office saying that, my case got transferred to Santa Ana Local office in Sep'04.

It looks like they are releving load only by transfer game.
