Transferred for interview to Los Angeles

What documents did he asked for and what kind of questions? It says to bring spouse with me. He is already a permanent resident and we have us citizens kids. My interview will be at the end of the month.

So they didn't give you a decision? :confused:

485 transferred to local office

Hi all

Today i received notification from INS that my spouse and my case were transferred to local INS office (Los Angeles). My 140 is not approved yet. Had received a standard RFE on that. My attorney submitted all papers las tweek. After that 140 status i still same , but 485 cases are transferred.
I dont know what this means.. lets hope all is well.
 
Mean s they want to meet you personally.
Also means they want clarifications on certian documents you submitted for the RFE.
Nothing to worry,
Just take all Documents you had submitted earlier.
if you wanta list of documents which people carry you can serach thse forums. If you would like I could list out Docs which i carried for my interview.
If I rememeber I carried around 22-24 pcs paper.:)
.......and thier copies......was carrying a very heavy folder......

Mine was transfered to LA local office from CSC today.
Iam not sure how long it will take to get an appointment/interview from local office

My case was approved ( I think!!!!!!!!) but no stamp as no back ground check completed.
La office is generally scheduling interviews within 3 months of Transfer.
so Expect a call next month for January....
This just based on the presumption of interview calls and interviews from this forum.
