Transfering University

Pls help with the following regards
Background: I am currently on an F1 Student Visa with University 'A' (visa stamp valid for another 4 years). However, i applied at another university 'B' while i was back home on summer vacation. I got admitted and got a new I-20 from University B.

Question: Do i need to get a new visa stamped at the embassy although i have a valid visa from previous university? or can i just enter the US with the previous visa and the New I-20? pls help
 
if you studied at Uni A for at least a semester, and then transferred, you can use your current F-1 visa in combination with your new I-20 from your new school.
