Transfering H1B and Visa stamping

I am transering H1b to a new company.

1) for visa stamping, How many pay stubs I need from new company ?

2) Can I go for Visa stamping in the first month of employment with new company ?

If i go in first month of employment from new company, i will not have any paystub from new company. all the pay stubs from old company are proper and ontime. Is it okie to go stamping in this situation ?

previous companyt pay stub are all in place.
