transfering from f1 to h1 before completing MS..

hello sir, presently iam doing MS and due to certain reasons my grades were affected and my GPA has fallen to below 3.0 because of that my status has been changed from graduate status to post-bac and advised me to take undergraduate courses and try to raise my gpa to 3.0 and them my status comes to normal. now i fot a h1 offer from a company and they told me that they can apply for h1 papers by considering that i am doing MS. and my question is that is there any problem in changing from f1 to h1 in the present situation and also iam having one more question that i am planning to visit india on june 1st week and i will be back on aug0 1st week and if my company apply for the h1 papers now, is there any problem for me at the port of entry when iam back in august. i am having valid f1visa and i20. i am worring abt the condition at the port of entry i.e i think the results of h1 papers will not come at that time since they will know on oct1st and at the port of entry are they going to chek my status and other things and are they going to know about my h1b process. please help me sir because as iam going to india on june 2nd and i have to clear all this matter befeore leaving to india. once again requesting plz help me ASAP....

You can apply H1b based on your Bachelors degree, if you are eligible.
Your new H1 (no premium process) take much more time before INS take any decision. If you have valid F1 you can go and come back early.
