transfered to Newark local INS office 1year ago

Hi,

Our case is transfered to Newark local INS office 1year ago on Aug21 2003
now we got interview letter. My husband laid-off when I-140(2001) is pending and after one month he got job with another employer, but the old employer promised that he will support GC process.

My question is are we safe ? what documents the INS officer is going to ask?

any suggestions are welcome.

------ if his I-140 was approved later then your spouse can use AC21
My question is are we safe ?
------ Your spouse is safe if he can get new employer future permanent job offer letter to use AC21 in same/similar job or skills that were wriiten on his approved LC. if he wants to join the Orignal Sponsor who filed LC , I-140 then your spouse should take job offer letter from that employer and have to work with him after GC is approved
what documents the INS officer is going to ask?
----- they must have attached list of documents to bring at the time of interview check your spouse Interview notice

My Husband's I-140 approved in sep2001 after that his project was done.
Now he has fulltime job with similar job or skills and his 6years H-1 was also over , now my husband is on EAD.he is working with this employer for the past 2years 4 months.
