Transfered to Local INS office at Cleveland,OH

I just checked the status of my I-485 application which was filed at the NSC. It said that my application has been transferred to local INS office in Cleveland.
1. Anyone else who has faced the same situation ?
2. What does this mean ?
3. Is it good or bad ?

Mine was transferred to cleveland office on dec 28th then to the cincinatti office from there in Jan on its way to the columbus office on feb 10th. Am waiting for an interview. Where are you from in ohio?
