transfered case to baltimore

as i told b4 spouse case got transfered to baltimore, three weeks back , now we got a letter saying we need to do FP again.

letter stated, that FBI must have rejected or we have finished 15months,so we need to redo FP again.

After redo, any idea how long it will be?

Are we just have to do Fp or any more surprise we have to expect from Baltimore?

How do you know that? Could you please share some of your details?

For the case of 485MD 4 months is needed for Baltimore to schedule a interview.
 
my lawyer told me that, it will take 3 to 4months for interview.

this info is based on lawyer.
 
in our case we have not finished 15months of FP from the first one, i guess we were asked to do fp again because FBI not rcvd our FP right.

so wait until Bcis ask to do so.
