transfer to National Center

Case Transfered by Mistake to The National Records Center (at Lee's Summit, MO)

I also received a notice saying my case has been transferred to The National Records Center (at Lee's Summit, MO) . After that I checked the AVM at MO and said case not found then I called Nebraska center talk to the officer today and she said it was a mistake and she will request my file back and route it to appropriate center. I don't know I am confused. Please let me know.

WWoSSen, What is your transfer notice date? Mine is 4/18/03. I suspect it is due to a mistake, made by a SAME stupid guy in NSC. Is there anyone out of NSC got this kind transfer?
 
Mistake Case transferred

Transfer notice date is 04/18/2003. I think we are in the same but wrong boat. The exact message in the receipt is

This is to advice you that in order to speed processing we have transferred the above case to the following INS office for processing:

National Record Center , Lee Summit, MO

I believe this center is where the INS save records for later use and there is no Immigration officer at that office. My worry is if they lost our file God forbid...

Would you please call Nebrasca and let me know..
