Transfer to Harlingen, Texas

Anybody out there have his/her case transfered to Harlingen, Texas from TSC. Just wondering If my case is the only one transfered to Harlingen, Texas since Logically my case should have been transfered to Houston, Texas because my home address is houston. Also, I have looked at the Harlingen processing time and they seem to be the longest local office to adjudicate a case.
 
My Lawyer is trying to transfer my case from BCIS Harlingen Local office to BCIS Houston Local office. Anybody have experience about transferring file from one local office to another ? By the way I reside in Houston but my case have been transfered by TSC to Harlingen BCIS.
